基于动态可靠度的改进JC法

摘要 动态可靠度需要考虑荷载随时间变化,而《建筑结构荷载规范》[1]中所给的荷载是基于设计基准期得到的固定值.通过计算不同目标基准期内最大荷载随机变量的统计参数,得到不同目标基准期内的荷载标准值.同时利用荷载规范所给的荷载值,将该标准值与设计基准期所对应的标准值进行比较,得到不同目标基准期内的荷载修正系数,再将荷载规范中的荷载乘以修正系数,就能得到计算不同目标基准期的可靠度所对应的荷载,从而在动态可靠度的计算中考察荷载随时间的变化的影响.在结构抗力中引入时间参数t,将JC法的应用范围拓展到时变结构. The verification of load depending time is necessary to be considered in calculating time-varying reliability, but loads given in load code for the design of building structures are fixed values based on the design reference period. Characteristic value of load was obtained by calculating the statistical parameters of random variable of the maximum load during different purpose reference periods, and the load amendment coefficients were the ratio of characteristic value of a load during different purpose reference periods and that of the design reference period. It was the loads defined in norm were loads for reliability during different purpose reference periods, then time-varying reliability can be calculated. When the parameter of time ' t' was adopted, the application of the JC method was extended to time-variant field.
