钒酸氧化法测定血清总胆红素评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨溶血、脂血对钒酸氧化法测定血清胆红素的干扰影响。方法用钒酸氧化法测定血清总胆红素,并与二氯苯胺法和改良J-G法测定结果比较。结果钒酸氧化法与二氯苯胺法和改良J-G法有良好的相关性(Y1=0.98X-0.32,r=0.99;Y2=0.97X+3.26,r=0.95)。结论钒酸氧化法测定血清胆红素简单、快速、稳定,线性范围宽,能抵抗溶血、脂血干扰。 Objective To investigate hemolysis,blood lipid oxidation of vanadium acid serum bilirubin interference effects. Methods Vanadate oxidation of serum total bilirubin,and dichloroaniline law and the law of JG improved results.Results The V-acid oxidation and dichloreaniline law and the law is modified JG good correlation(Y1=0.98X-0.32,r=0.991 Y2=0.97X +3.26,r=0.95). Conclusion The V-acid oxidation of serum bilirubin simple,fast,stable,linear range wide,and can resist hemolysis,blood lipid interference.
