摘要
目的探讨实施护患沟通的措施。方法以我院2006年1月至12月住院病人为实施对象,多层次、全方位注重护患沟通技巧的应用,实施亲情式护患沟通模式,有效提高了护理质量和患者的满意度。结果通过12个月护患沟通的实践,提高了护士的自身素质和沟通技巧,缩短了住院病人的住院天数,使住院病人的满意率提高了14.5%。结论通过护患沟通,加深了护患之间的感情,杜绝了护患纠纷的发生,满足了患者的健康需求。
