应用MIPO技术以锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用微创钢板内固定技术(Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis,MIPO),以肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年6月至2006年6月应用MIPO技术以肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗的25例肱骨近端骨折,年龄为28~77岁,平均58.3岁,按Neer分型二型8例、三型14例、四型3例,其中三型和四型各有1例合并肩关节脱位,均获得有效随访,随访时间为11~25个月,平均15.5个月。结果患肢功能按Neer功能评定标准评定。优良率:二型88%,三型71%,四型33%。结论应用MIPO技术以肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折创伤小,功能恢复好,是治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的一种较好方法。
