Balb/c 3T3 cell transformation assay and its application to the screening of carcinogens

摘要 Balb/c 3T3细胞体外转化实验是利用Balb/c 3T3细胞在体外培养的环境下,模拟致癌物在动物体内致瘤过程进行致癌物筛选的一种技术,它的检测终点是正常细胞转化为恶性细胞时获得的恶性表型。本文就其方法的发展和改进,以及其在肿瘤启动剂和促癌剂检测上的应用进行了综述。 A cell transformation assay may be an in vitro assay measuring the phenotypic conversion from normal to malignant characteristics in Balb/c 333 cells exposed to test chemicals, and capable of detecting carcinogens. In this article, the progress and improvement of Balb/c 333 cells transformation assay, and its applications in the detection of tumor initiator and promoter were reviewed.
