摘要 目的为了探讨牛磺酸抗乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的作用机制。方法采用大鼠实验性乙醇胃粘膜损伤模型,测定胃粘膜局部一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、内皮素(ET)和部分胃肠激素含量。结果牛磺酸可明显减轻胃粘膜损伤,抑制ET释放,增加NOS活性及生长抑素(SS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)的含量。结论牛磺酸可明显减轻实验性乙醇胃粘膜损伤,其可能机制为调节胃粘膜局部ET、NOS、SS、VIP的活性和含量。 AIM To study the protective mechanism of taurine against ethanolinduced gastric injury in rats. METHOD The rat model of ethanolinduced gastric injury was used to examine the contents of nitric oxide synthetase (NOS), endothelin (ET) and some gastrointestinal hormone in injured gastric mucosa. RESULTS The taurine could significantly reduced and gastric mucosal injury, inhibited the ET release increase in NOS activity and SS, VIP contents of gastric mucosa. CONCLUSIONS Taurine had protective roles against ethanolinduced gastric mucosal injury and its mechanisms might related to the regulations of release and contents of ET, NOS and some gastrointestinal hormone.
