摘要
为使球铁铸态性能达到QT550-7要求,进行了以下试验:①通过选用合理的化学成分,采用冲天炉与电炉双联熔炼工艺,进行两次脱硫获得高温低硫原铁液;②使用盖包法球化处理工艺,以获得较高的球化率;③选用低稀土球化剂,采用含Sb、Ba的孕育剂,以获得恰当的珠光体和铁素体比例。
For performance demand of QT550-7 to be obtained in as-cast,the following have been done:① with the selected rational chemical components, the duplex melting with cupola and electric furnace and desulphurizing two times to obtain low sulphur liquid iron with high temperature; ② the ladle nodulizing process for better nodularization; ③ choosing low rare earth nodulizer,with the inoculant containing Sb.Ba to obtain proper ratio of pearlite and ferrite.
