摘要
针对酸值较高的原料油在转化成生物柴油的过程中易使催化剂失活等问题,制备了Br觟nsted酸性离子液体1-己基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐([C6MIm]HSO4),用于催化菜子油酯交换制备生物柴油。结果表明,在醇油摩尔比n(醇)∶n(油)=15∶1、催化剂用量为原料油质量的8%、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为18h的条件下,生物柴油产率可达94%以上。B酸离子液体催化剂与产品易于分离,重复使用5次以后,仍然保持良好的催化活性。
In this paper, Brǒnsted acidic ionic liquids of 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfates ([C6MIm]HSO4) was synthesized and explored as catalyst for transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol to fatty acid methyl esters. The influences of molar ratio of alcohol to triglyceride, catalyst dosage, reaction time and temperature on the transesterification were investigated. The molar ratio of alcohol to triglyceride was the most remarkable feature than catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, and time. In the optimum condition, molar ratio of methanol to rapeseed oil of 15:1 (n:n), adding 8% (W/W) of ionic liquid, and interaction at 90℃ for 18 h,the yield of product was more than 94 %. The catalyst of [C6MIm] HSO4 was found still effective and stable even after five cycles of reaction with yields above 88%. The proposed ionic liquid catalyst shows potential application in the production of biodiesel.
