摘要
提出一种基于第二代电流控制传输器(CCCⅡ)的电流模式滤波器.电路由2个第二代多输出电流控制传输器(MOCCCⅡ)和2个接地电容构成,通过选择不同的输出端口,可以实现高通、带通、低通、带阻、全通的功能.调整MOCCCⅡ的偏置电流和电容值可以改变特征参数.所产生的电路具有很低的灵敏度.最后对所引入的MOCCCⅡ及提出的电路进行PSPICE仿真.
We presented a realization of novel current-mode biquad using second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCⅡ). The circuit was composed of 2 multiple current output CCCII (MOCCCⅡ) and 2 grounded capacitors. The biquad could realize high-pass, band-pass, low-pass, band-stop and all-pass filter characteristics by suitably choosing the current output branches. The characteristic parameters could also be set orthogonally through adjusting the bias currents of the MOCCCⅡ and the grounded capacitors. The biquad enjoyed very low sensitivities with respect to the circuit elements. An example was given together with simulated results by PSPICE.
