摘要
以2,6-二氨基蒽醌为原料,经硝酸钠与盐酸双重氮化制得2,6-二氨基蒽醌双重氮盐(2);2与苯酚偶合合成了未见文献报道的双偶氮类化合物——2,6-双(对羟基苯基偶氮)-9,10-蒽醌(3),其结构经^1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。最佳的偶合反应条件为:22.0mmol,n(2):n(苯酚)=1.0:2.5,在pH=9的条件下,于0℃~5℃反应4h,3的收率60%。
A novel diazo compound, 2,6-bis(4-hydroxyphenylazo)-9,10-anthraquinone, was synthesized by coupling reaction of phenol with 2,6-diaminoanthraquinone bisdiazonium salt(2), which was obtained by diazo reaction of 2,6-diaminoanthraquinone with hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrate. The structure was confirmed by ^1 H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The optimal coupling reaction conditions in yield of 60% at 0 ℃ -5 ℃ for 4 h were as follows: 2 was 2.0 mmol; n(2) : n (phenol) was 1.0 : 2.5 ; pH was 9.
