摘要 井下随钻测量系统的存储单元是调制式旋转导向钻井系统的关键技术之一.设计实现了基于串行EEPROM存储近钻头随钻测量井下工况数据的单片机系统,该系统采用大容量存储方式将采样的数据定时存储起来,起钻后读出数据,实现即时数据的回放.给出了硬件设计电路及软件设计思想,并采用C51语言实现井下大容量、长时间的数据采集存储.地面试验及井下试验证明该存储功能的有效性和可靠性,能够解决目前随钻测量参数的存储问题. The storage unit of measurement while drilling system is one of the important parts of rotary steerable drilling tool.The microchip storage system based on EEPROM is designed.The system can store a lot of data collected while drilling and read it after trip-out.The hardware circuit and software design thought are presented,which is implemented in C51 language.The results of surface test and down-hole test show that the system can efficiently and reliably finish the data storage while drilling.
