摘要
针对电机信号的采集、数据的分析处理及运算中普遍存在抗干扰性差、可靠性低等问题,设计了一种基于DSP(TMS320LF2407)控制器和CAN总线的可以保证实时性和确定性的电机信号采集处理系统,在与上位机的通信中采用以太网协议,使系统具有良好的开放性和在线性。重点介绍系统结构、系统接口及软件设计。
For the questions of poor anti-jamming performance, collecting, data analyzing, computing, a motor signal acquiring definiteness by adopting low reliability and so on to be deal with signals and processing system to ensure real-time and based on DSP (TMS320LF2407) and CAN bus is designed, and the system have good open and online Ethernet network protocol to communicate with upper computer. The structure, interface of the system, the design of software is mainly introduced.
