摘要
目的优化石杉碱甲骨架片的处方。方法以石杉碱甲骨架片的硬度、体外累积释放度为指标,采用3因素3水平正交设计法优化石杉碱甲骨架片的处方。结果优化所得处方HPMCK15M用量为48%,PVPP用量为6%,CMCNa用量为10%,硬度范围合适,体外溶出度符合缓释制剂要求。结论该优化所得的石杉碱甲骨架片处方可行,合理稳定。
Objective To optimize the formulation of Huperzine -A matrix tablets (HA-MT) . Methods According to the orthogonal design method with 3 factors and 3 levels, the formulation was optimized using hardness and cumulative release as evaluation parameters. Results The optimum formula was as follows: HPMCK15M (48%), PVPP (6%), CMCNa (10 %). The hardness was proper and the cumulative release fulfilled the requirement of sustained-release dosage form design. Conclusion The formulation of matrix tablets is feasible and stable.
