Bio-Oss骨粉在直接盖髓术的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨Bio-Oss骨粉配制成盖髓剂后进行直接盖髓术的临床疗效。方法选择我科门诊收集的符合直接盖髓术适应证的80例患者,83颗牙,随机分成两组,进行直接盖髓术,治疗组成功率93.3%,对照组成功率83.3%,两组之间并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论Bio-Oss骨粉是一种具有良好的生物相容性、降解性和引导骨再生的骨替代品,它的使用为直接盖髓术提供了一种良好的盖髓材料,同时也能有助于提高盖髓治疗的成功率。
