摘要
提出一种基于噪声功率谱特征分析的球磨机料位检测方法,利用球磨机噪声的中高频段功率谱随料位变化较为敏感这一特征,分析推算球磨机内部的料位变化。构建了以"电耳"为传感器,声卡为采集装置,基于LabVIEW8.0的低成本实时状态监控系统。应用表明,该系统运行可靠,操作简便,有效提高了球磨机的工作效率,降低了工作能耗。
Abstract: In this paper we present a analytical method for Ball Mill's Material Level base on the noise analysis of power spectrum. Using the Ball Mill's noise properties in the medium and high frequency band that sensitive to the material level, the changes of material level could be analyzed and calculated. A real time condition monitor platform is constructed using the "electric ear" sensor, sound card collection device and LabVIEW8.0. The method can successfully be used as a reliable system for improving the efficiency of the Ball Mill and reducing the energy consumption.
