摘要
试验了中性红指示剂在盐酸介质中与亚硝酸根的亚硝化反应,其亚硝化产物在近紫外区有一灵敏吸收峰,最大吸收波长为350nm。NO-2N浓度在0mg/L~045mg/L范围内遵守比尔定律。应用于环境水样中NO-2N的测定,结果与经典的盐酸萘乙二胺比色法基本一致。据此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸盐氮的紫外光度法。
Based on the study of the reaction of neutral red with nitrite in aqueous solution, and the product of the reaction having a maximum absorbance at 350 nm, a new selective and simple UV spectrphotometric method for the determination of nitrite in solution is developed. Beer′s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0 mg/L~0.45 mg/L NO_2-N. The analytical results of nitrite in environmental water are in agreement with the results obtained by the N-(1-naphthyl) ethylenediaminedily drochloride photometric method.
