摘要
观察人肝癌细胞的端粒酶活性。应用非放射同位素银染的端粒重复序列扩增法（ＴＲＡＰ），检测６株人肝癌细胞株（ＢＥＬ－７４０２，ＨｅｐＧ２，ＱＧＹ－７７０１，ＱＧＹ－７７０３，ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１，ＰＬＣ／ＰＲＦ／５）的端粒酶活性，同时检测ＲＮａｓｅ处理的阴性标本。６株人肝癌细胞的端粒酶均为阳性。
To detect telomerase activity of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The cellular telomerase activity of 8 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were investigated by non radioisotopic silver staining telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). Negative controls (RNase pretreated) were also investigated. Telomerase activity was not detected in negative controls by silver staining TRAP.Telomerase activity of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells was often positive.
