摘要
在对某型产品绝缘表面的真空镀铝过程中,发现镀铝层与绝缘层之间的附着力极差,用胶带拉脱时镀铝层完全脱落。为了解决这一问题,提高镀铝层与绝缘层之间的附着力,探讨了采用表面处理剂改善镀膜在绝缘层表面的附着力。通过在绝缘层表面涂覆钛酸酯类、硅烷类偶联剂和环氧胶粘剂等表面处理剂,对比测试空白试样、打磨处理试样、涂覆偶联剂试样的附着力,发现一种牌号为GC-100的硅烷类偶联剂对镀膜附着力的提高作用非常明显。用这种有机硅底层涂料处理的真空镀铝试样,经高低温、水煮试验后,附着力没有降低。从而可以确定:GC-100有机硅底层涂料对改善绝缘层与真空镀铝层之间的附着力是非常有效的,而且操作方便,对绝缘层没有损伤,可以应用到绝缘层表面真空镀铝的生产加工中。
It had a bad adhesion between insulation eoating and vacuum plating Al film, during vacuum Al plating on insulation coating of one type product. In order to solve the trouble, a test had be going using surface treatment agent to improve adhesion of vacuum plating Al film. By comparison test with titanate esters, silane category and epoxy adhesive, found that some one silicone prime coating which is named GC-100 was effective to advance adhesion of plating film. Then both high-temperature test and boiling-water test with samples of GC-100 were carried, and adhesion of sam- ples didn't change. It is sure that GC-100 silane coupling agent can be applied in yield of vacuum plating Al.
