摘要
提高自主创新能力既是国家重大决策,也是促进广西经济又快又好发展的迫切需要。通过对广西中小企业技术创新的现状进行分析,提出了解决问题的对策和建议。
Improvement of the independent innovation ability represents China＇s important decision, as well as the urgent needs for promoting sound and rapid economic growth in Guangxi. In light of analysis of the current state of technology innovation in the small and medium-sized enterprises of Guangxi, the article proposes the countermeasure and suggestions for solving these problems.
