摘要
目的探讨1a（OH）VitD3对急性早幼粒细胞性白血病的治疗作用。方法3例4～10a患儿，分别给予1a（OH）VitD3,治疗，疗程28d～57d。结果经1a（OH）VitD3诱导，3例患儿均获得完全缓解。结论1α（OH）VitD3对急性早幼粒细胞性白血病治疗效果良好。
To explore the effect of lα(OH )VitD3 used in the treatment of children with acute myelocytic leukefl1ia (M3). Methods Three children,aged 4 ~ 10 years, were admitted be-cause of acute myelocytic leukemia (M3). We tread them with lα(OH)VitDs which is one 0f the inducers of non-lymphoid leukemiacell differentiation. Recults All the children got complete remission after a course of 28 to 57 days'treatment. The serum levels of calcium renained within nomal values during the course of lα(OH)VitD3 therapy. Conclusion lα(OH)VitD3 can reduce patients with M3 to complete remission
