摘要
采用热氧化法制备了IrO2/Ti、IrO2-SnO2/Ti、IrO2—PdO/Ti和IrO2-SnO2-PdO/Ti四种电极,研究了它们在硫酸中的电化学行为及耐腐蚀寿命,分析了涂层电极的表面组成和微观结构,探讨了电极失活的原因。结果表明,改性二氧化铱电极在硫酸中具有高的析氧过电位,优良的催化活性和耐腐蚀性能。这类电极失活的主要原因是涂层中活性组分“铱”丧失及泥裂状微观结构被破坏。
IrO_2/Ti,IrO_2-SnO_2/Ti,IrO_2-PdO/Ti and IrO_2-SnO_2-PdO/Ti electrodes were prepared by the thermal decomposition technique in air.The electrochemical behavior of those Modified Iridium Dioxide Electrodes were studied by polarization curves and accelerated life test in 1 mol/L H_2SO_4 solutions.X-ray diffraction was used to generate crystalline structural information.Scanning Electron Microscopy provided information about the morphology of the coating.The study results show that the Modified Iridium Dioxide Electrodes have good electrocatalytic active,long anticorrosion life and high overvoltage of oxygen evolution in H_2SO_4 medium .The main active losing reasons of the Modified Iridium Dioxide Electrodes are the losing of active composition Iridium and destroying of microstructure of electrode coating.
