摘要
目的研究温拌沥青混合料的性能,为温拌沥青混合料在工程中应用提供可以参考的数据和理论依据.方法采用马歇尔试件体积设计方法进行配合比设计,确定最佳沥青用量,以最佳沥青用量制作试件对其进行力学性能和路用性能试验研究.结果以马歇尔试验确定的温拌沥青混合料的最佳油石比为4.5%,以最佳油石比拌制的温拌沥青混合料力学性能和路用性能能够满足规范要求,并且动稳定度超过了同样配合比的热拌沥青混合料.结论在降低拌和温度的情况下,温拌沥青混合料的力学性能和路用性能可以满足规范要求,并且动稳定度得到提高,温拌沥青混合料具有很好的工程应用前景.
The purpose of this paper is to give reference data and theory for the use of warm mix asphalt in pavement construction. To find out the best ratio of asphalt by mix design, the research on the mechanical property and pavement property of WMA under the best ratio of asphalt was carried out. The best ratio of asphalt is 4.5 %, and under this ratio, the mechanical property and pavement property of WMA can meet the needs of the specifications. The dynamic stability is better than that of HMA under the same ratio of asphalt With a lower mix temperature, the mechanical property and pavement property of WMA can meet the requirements of the specifications, and the dynamic stability gets higher. As a result, the WMA can be used widely for the pavement construction.
