摘要
利用电磁场有限元分析软件MagNet和热场有限元分析软件ThermNet,对无刷直流电动机进行了电磁场-热场耦合分析,研究了电机的发热情况,仿真结果符合电机的温升规律。分析过程对研究无刷直流电动机的电磁场和热场分布有重要意义,对提高电机设计水平和精度具有一定参考作用。
Brushless DC motor's thermal field distribution was analyzed by electromagnetic field and thermal field coupling analysis using MagNet and ThermNet, which were electromagnetic field FEA (Finite Element Analysis ) software and thermal field FEA software respectively. The analysis result was in conformity with the temperature rise regularity of brush- less DC motor. The design process presented in this paper was important for the research of electromagnetic field and ther- mal field distribution, and useful for improving the design precision of brushless DC motor.
