摘要
本文以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、间苯二甲酸(IPA)、乙二醇(EG)为原料,采用间歇式聚合方法合成热收缩膜用共聚酯切片,并对切片进行了拉膜研究。研究出合适的第三单体酯化催化剂,同时研究了第三单体IPA对共聚酯切片样品性能和对薄膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:在适宜的加工条件下IPA含量为5%mol的共聚酯切片可适用于制作热收缩性薄膜。在130℃,5min条件下热收缩,薄膜收缩率可达30%以上。
? Copolyester for heat-shrinkable film are synthesized by interrupted process with dimethyl terephthatl, isophthalic acid and ethylene glycol. The properties of the film are tested by means of the chip tensile. The catalyst which is suited to esterification of third monomer, isophthalic acid (IPA), is found, and the effects of IPA on properties of the chip and film are also investigated. The experiment results showed that the copolyester chip contained 5%mol IPA is suited to producing heat-shrinkable film under the appropriate processing condition. Shrinkable rate of the film is more than 30% at 130℃ while heated 5 minutes.
