摘要
SF6断路器中水分含量超标威胁设备和电网的安全运行,必须对其进行准确测量和严格控制。本文采用红外光谱吸收法检测SF6断路器中水分含量,由于每一种气体都有固有的红外吸收光谱,根据水汽的特征吸收光谱而设计传感器。此方法能准确的检测FS6断路器的含水量,提高SF6断路器利用率发挥重要的作用。
As the moisture content over standard in SF6 breakers will menace the operation of apparatus and grid, it should be measured accurately and controlled strictly. In this paper, the infrared absorption method is used to detect the micro-water content in the SF6 breaker, for each kind of gas has inherent absorption spectrum, sensors is designed according to the characteristics of the water absorption spectrum. The method which plays an important role can accurately detect FS6 breaker's water content and enhance the utilization rate of the SF6 breaker.
