摘要
目前,提速货车上普遍安装的弹性旁承对货车空车的运行性能影响较大,特别是影响到空车蛇形运动的临界速度,而旁承垂向刚度是影响蛇形运动临界速度的主要因素之一.主要研究了弹性旁承在小变形和大变形两种情况下垂向刚度的计算方法.在小变形情况下,采用解析方法计算弹性旁承的垂向刚度;在大变形情况下,利用有限元软件分析其垂向刚度.通过对转8A型弹性旁承垂向刚度的实例分析,验证了文中刚度分析方法可行.
At present elastic side-bearings on the increased speed freight vehicle is very important, specially on empty trucks sinuating critical speed influence, and the side-bearings' vertical stiffness is one of pricipal factors. The analysis method of elastic side-bearings in small deformation and gross deformation is mainly studied. In small deformation situation, The analysis method is used to analyze the side-bearings' vertical stiffness while in gross deformation situation, the FEM software is used. The vertical stiffness of zhuan 8A elastic side-bearing in the case study has confirmed the stiffness analysis method in this paper is feasible.
