摘要
目的探讨在CT引导下经皮穿刺注入臭氧及胶原酶治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法72例经临床诊断为极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者,在CT引导下经皮穿刺进入椎间盘内,注入浓度为60μg/ml的臭氧10~40ml,再退针至突出物内注入胶原酶600~1200 U。结果随访3~6个月,疗效根据改良的Macnab方法评价,其疗效优、良、差率分别为44.5%、45.8%、9.7%。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症是安全、有效的方法。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of CT - guided injection of ozone and collagenas in the treatment of far lateral lumbar intervertebrnl disc herniation. Methods All 72 patients with far lateral lumbar intervertebrnl disc herniation were injected 10 -40 ml of 60 μg/ml ozone under the guidance of CT . The needle punctured through the inner margin of diapophysis and reached intervertebral disc. 10 -40 ml zone was injected Then the needle was pulled back at lateral crypt fossa; 600 - 1 200 units col- lagenase was injected. Results The therapeutic effect during 3 - 6 month after operation were observed and evaluated according to Macnab criteria, and the best , good , and poor response rates were 44.5 %, 45.8 %, and 9.7 %, respectively. Conclusions Opera- tion under CT - guidance is safe and accurate. The injection of ozone combined with collagenase in far lateral lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a minimally invasive and effective method.
