摘要
目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏细辛治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法在临床选取急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,治疗组35人,对照组30人。治疗组给予奥扎格雷钠80mg加入生理盐水250ml静滴,同时给予灯盏细辛50mg加入生理盐水250ml静滴;对照组给予灯盏细辛50mg加入生理盐水250ml静滴,均为1次/d,疗程14d。采用全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的脑卒中患者临床疗效判定标准进行结果评定。结果奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏细辛治疗急性脑梗死2周后结果评定,临床疗效结果优于对照组。结论奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏细辛治疗急性脑梗死有良好的疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of the joint Ozagrel-Erigeron in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group. In the treatment group, 80mg sodium ozagrel with 250ml normal saline and 50mg Erigeron with 250ml normal saline were given by intravenous infusion at the same time; the patients in control group were given 50mg Erigeron with 250ml normal saline. The whole therapeutic course was 14 days, and one time per day. Use the stroke patients＇ clinical assessed standard which was passed in the Fourth National Symposium on cerebrovascular disease to assess the effects in this study. Results After 2 weeks the results indicated that the clinical effect of treatment group which was treated with the joint OzagrelErigeron to acute cerebral infarction were superior to the control group. Conclusion Treated with the united Ozagrel-Erigeron to the acute cerebral infarction have a good effect.
