摘要
1890年代的挽救华茶运动以市场为指向,针对茶业产运销的各个环节,以提高质量和降低成本为手段,试图全面整顿华茶。这其中,既有技术的追求,也有制度的建构,存在着"市场→制度建构→质量和成本"和"市场→技术讲求→制度建构→质量和成本"两种模式。在制度建构的设想方面,有多种力量的参与,而制度建构的实践方面,处于国家和社会之间的地方实力派发挥了较为重要的作用。
The movement to rescue Chinese tea in 1890s was directed by the markets,referring to every aspect of tea producing, transporting and selling, improving tea quality, reducing tea cost so as to rectify Chinese tea completely.
