摘要
新入职的大学毕业生频繁流动已成为现今诸多企业、高校越来越关注的一个问题。针对这一现象,文章在深入分析其原因的基础上提出相应对策,以期最大限度降低大学毕业生的流失率。
Frequent changes of job among new college graduates have become an increasing concern for enterprises and colleges. In view of this phenomenon, this paper puts fo .rward countermeasures based on deep analysis of the causes so as to minimize the loss rate of college graduates.
