电石渣脱硫制备石膏的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决工业固体污染物电石渣和气体污染物二氧化硫对环境的污染,利用实验室模拟二氧化硫通入电石渣浆液反应制得工业重要产品石膏,考察电石渣浆浓度、吸收温度和氯化钙浓度对石膏的产率的影响,并通过正交实验得出最优方案。利用红外光谱和扫描电镜分析石膏的品质,结果表明制得石膏产品纯度很高。 In order to overcome pollution of industrial solid carbide slag and gaseous sulfur dioxide to enviroment, in laboratory the important industrial product gypsum was prepared by sulphur dioxide passing through carbide slag slurry. Influence of arbide slag slurry concentration, absorption temperature and calcium chloride concentration on output rate of gypsum were observed. The optimal solution was obtained by orthogonal experiment. Gypsum quality was analyzed by infrared spectrum analysis and SEM, the result showed that it has high pureness.
