摘要国际经济新秩序是发展中国家长期追求的战略目标,其实质就是对现行国际经济制度规则进行改革,以平等地体现发展中国家的利益;而结构主义、功能主义和新功能主义围绕国际经济新秩序的理论争鸣则为深入思考经济全球化背景下建立国际经济新秩序的有效途径提供了重要的理论启迪。
