摘要
胜任力模型作为一种新型的人力资源分析和评价方法,是将人力资源战略和组织战略紧密结合的一个重要工具。以胜任力为核心的能力发展体系可以作为人力资源管理的基础,持续贯穿于人力资源管理的整个流程。目前胜任力研究在教务管理机构人力资源管理中较为少见。本文介绍了胜任力的相关概念,建模的步骤,分析及构思了教务管理人员岗位胜任力模型的构建。
Competence, as a model for a new type of human resources analysis and evaluation method, is an important tool that closely combines the human resources strategy and organizational strategy. The capacity development system with competence as its core can be the basis of human resources management, and an underlying theme throughout the human resources management proce- dure. At present, research on competence is not commonly seen in human resources management of the educational administrative bodies. The article introduces the concept of competence and modeling steps, and analyzes and conceives the construction of the post competence model of educational administrative staff.
