摘要
赋权管理是企业管理实践的最新发展态势之一,它既是企业管理的核心内容之一,也是提高企业管理效率的有效途径。本文从赋权管理的核心内容、赋权管理实践中的误区、成功赋权要素等三个方面,简要阐述新型组织中赋权管理的实践问题。
Empowering management is the practice of business management, one of the latest developments in the situation, it is an enterprise management one of the core content, but also improve the management efficiency of enterprises an effective way. This article empowers the management from the core content; Empowering management practices of errors; empowering elements, such as the success of the three aspects, briefly described the new organization to empower the management of practical issues.
