摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸合成了含羧酸基团的聚氨酯,再通过NaH和丙磺酸内酯接上不同含量的丙磺酸基团。通过DSC、动态粘弹谱、应力-应变测试等手段对其形态结构和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,-SO-3Na+的引入对PU离聚物的形态结构有较大的影响,-SO-3含量越高,相分离程度越大;拉伸强度先随-SO-3Na+含量的增加达到最大值,尔后又下降。材料的亲水性随离子含量的增加而增大。用复钙法测试了同时含有-SO-3和-CO-2的水溶性聚氨酯样品的抗凝血性,结果表明这些样品均具有一定的抗凝活性。
The polytetramethylene oxide based polyurethane ionomers containing both carboxylate and sulfonate groups were synthesized.The effects of ionization levels on phase separation,mechanical properties and anticoagulation activity were investigated by DSC,dynamic mechanical spectrum ,stress-strain analysis and recalcification test.The experimental results showed that the degree of phase separation between soft and hard segments and the modulus greatly increased with the increasing of sulfonization,while the tensile strength increased to a maximum when the sulfonization level is at 5.1wt%.In addition,the hydrophilicity increased with the ion contents and some water soluble PU ionomers containing both carboxylic and sulfonic groups exhibited certain anticoagulation activities.
