摘要
科学奖励中的默顿范式一直是科学奖励系统中作为科学家价值取向的标准。随着后学院时代的到来,科学奖励系统也应超越默顿范式而得到新的完善和发展。通过对于默顿范式的分析和解读,立足于现实,阐述了后学院时代的科学奖励系统理论发展以及其在现实中的实践运用状况。
Mertonian School's research always serves as a criterion of scientist's value orientation in Scientific Reward System. Along with the Era of Post-Academic comes, Scientific Reward System should be consummated and developed to overstep the Mertonian School's Research. The paper not only analyses and explains the main idea of Mertonian School in a modem view, but also expounds the development of Scientific Reward System theory in the Era of Post-Academic and the Practice using condition in reality.
