摘要
整合了相关的文献,从高阶理论的视角提出了一个高管团队特征与企业社会责任关系的分析框架,认为高层管理者的背景特征能在一定程度上预测企业的社会责任行为,并对主要自变量与企业社会责任之间可能存在的关系进行了考察。
This paper attempts to synthesize previously related literatures around a more general upper echelons perspective on the relationship between top management team characteristics and corporate social responsibility. The theory states that corporate social responsibility is partially predicted by managerial background characteristics, and explores the relations between important independent variable and corporate social responsibility.
