摘要
研究了在(NH4)2SO4存在下,乙醇与水分相的条件。试验表明,丁二酮肟与镍生成的螯合物沉淀可以被萃取浮选在乙醇与水两相之间,钴与丁二酮肟生成的螯合物被乙醇萃取,Fe(Ⅲ)留在水相中,实现了同一体系中三相分离Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ),结果满意。
The study shows that the mixture of ethanol and water can separate into two phased in the presence of (NH_4)_2SO_4.The optimal conditions were selected for this separation ,the precipitate of Ni^2+ and biacetyl dioxime floates between the two phases,the complex of Co^2+ and biacetyl dioxime can be extracted into ethanol phase while Fe^3+ is left in the aqueous solvent,Ni^2+、Co^2+and Fe^3+ can be separated completely in the ethanolwater system.
