摘要
应用实时综合时间序列法研究渣油热反应体系中第二液相与焦的相互关系表明:第二液相是焦的最直接化学物理前身物,焦生成的诱导期与物理第二液相相分离点相当,焦的大量生成发生在化学第二液相相分离点之后,焦的形态构成与第二液相的形貌特征有关。
With a comprehensive timesequential approach, the investigation carried out on the relations between the second liquid phases and coke in the thermal reaction systems of vacuum residua The observations and their analyses conducted in the present research unfolded the fact that the second liquid phases were the direct physicochemical precursors for coke formation, supporting the theoretical deduction proposed long ago by R Z Magaril It was especially noticed that the induction period of coke formation coincided approximately with the onset point of the physical second liquid phase, the first encountered neophase resulted from the collapse of the mixed asphaltenesheavy resins micelle; and the appearance of large quantity of coke took place after the onset point of the chemical second liquid phase, another neophase generated insitu by the radical propagation reaction of the reactive species of asphaltenes and resins The close relevance of coke with the second liquid phases was further confirmed by the fact that the morphological compositions of coke could trace back to those of the second liquid phases
