摘要 在实验室条件下研究了沙米种子的萌发特性,结果表明:沙米种子在全光照和半光照条件下表现出很高的发芽率和出苗率,而在黑暗条件下出苗率很低但发芽率仍然很高;沙米种子在埋深为0.5 cm、1 cm、2cm条件下表现出很高的发芽率和出苗率,而在埋深为3 cm条件下发芽率和出苗率很低;沙米种子的发芽率和出苗率随降雨量的增加而增大,其中在降雨量为5 mm条件下沙米种子几乎不能出苗。另外,即使在满足发芽的条件下,沙米种子也不会全部发芽,而是表现出明显的休眠性,以适应流沙特殊的环境条件。 The characteristics of seed germination ofAgriophyllum squarrosum are studied in laboratory. The results show that the seeds have a high budding percentage and emergence rate under the full illumination and semi - light conditions, and they have a low emergence rate but a high budding percentage in the darkness. The seeds of Agriophyllum squarrosum show a high budding percentage and emergence rate in depth of 0. 5 cm, 1 cm, 2 cm, but show a low budding percentage and emergence rate in depth of 3 cm. The budding percentage and emergence rate of the seeds with the increase of rainfall, but the seeds almost can not germinate if the rainfall is 5 mm. In addition, even under the conditions of germination, not all the seeds will bud, but show the obvious dormancy in order to suit the special environmental conditions of shifting sand.
