摘要
采用溶液聚合法合成降凝剂,研究了单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合温度和聚合时间对聚合物助滤效果的影响。红外光谱对化合物的分子结构进行了表征,结果表明,合成的分子结构和设计目标分子结构相符。此降凝剂可使大庆0^#柴油的凝点降低6℃,对其他柴油也有一定的降凝效果。
The SSM pour - point depressor was synthesized through solution polymerization. The effects of the monomer ratio, the initiator dosage, the temperature and time of the polymerization process on the pour - point depression of SSM were studied. The molecular structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR), the molecular structure of product synthesized was proved to match with the designed target molecule.The depressant was applied for the 0^# diesel of Daqing, the PP ( pour point) of the 0r diesel was lowered by 6℃. SSM depressant could also lower the PP for other diesel.
