摘要
首先利用各态历经的思想遍历企业业务层的知识管理流程,并绘制了一个企业核心流程知识历程图,在此基础上构建了知识管理审计模型,最后按审计流程完成知识管理审计。
The paper firstly uses the ergodic theory to traversal the flow of knowledge management of enterprise business level, and draws a map of knowledge course of enterprise core flow. Then the paper constructs knowledge management audit model on the base of the above discussion, and finally executes the knowledge management audit according to the flow.
