摘要
种群内个体大小不整齐性是种群数量结构的主要指标。本文研究了不同水分条件下,3个品种春小麦种群个体大小不整齐性的建立及变化规律。对春小麦种群不整齐性的遗传学分析表明:遗传结构与随机环境修饰对种群数量结构形成的相对重要性,因水分条件不同而异。种群不整齐性在自然选择中的作用可用下列简单模型表示:GS0=SH×h2SHGS0:自然选择强度;SH:大小不整齐性;h2SH:不整齐性的遗传力。
Quantitative characteristics of population structure such as size hierarchy and population hierarchy that result from size dependent reproduction of three varieties of spring wheat under different water conditions were studied.Genetic analysis of size hierarchy of the populations under different water conditions indicates that relative effects of genetic structure and random environment on the quantitative population structure varied among the water supplies.Intensive competition for water companied with higher heritability of size hierarchy and quantitative population structure was mainly determined by population genetic structure and vice verse.The intensity of natural selection had a positive relationship with size hierarchy and its heritability, i.e, GS 0=SH×h 2 SH When size hierarchy of population was high, and size hierarchy had high heritability, valid selection would happen.Therefore, microevolution may accumulate in progeny population.This is the basis of generation and maintenance of genetic polymorphism under species diversity.
