摘要
采用PDA平板检测法对来自河北、山西、哈尔滨、长春、双城、牡丹江,克山7个地区的亚麻种子进行带菌检测。结果表明,亚麻种子表面携带的优势菌群为青霉菌,各地种子所带主要致病菌为毛盘菌、镰刀菌、链格孢菌和丝核菌,其中毛盘菌的分离频率最高,其次为镰刀菌。亚麻种子携带真菌多数是腐生菌,少数为寄生菌,是引起苗期炭疽病、枯萎病等苗期病害发生的重要初侵染源。
Inspecting seed borne fungus on flax from Hebei, Shanxi, Harbin, Changchun, Shuangcheng, Mudanjiang, Keshan 7 regions by the means of PDA test indicated that PeniciUium is the main seed-associated fungi on flax seeds, the main seed-borne pathogenic fungus are Colletotrichura, Fusarium, Alternaria and Rhizoctonia, among them separating rate of Colletotrichum is the highest, next is Fusarium. The most of the seed borne fungus are saprophytic, while the minority of them is parasitic, which are the important pathogens of original infection resulting in anthracnose and blight at seedling stage.
