摘要
为减小磨削过程中再生颤振现象以提高工件磨削质量,基于再生颤振机理,同时考虑工件及砂轮再生颤振,分别建立外圆切入磨工件、砂轮再生颤振动力学模型.研究了符合外圆切入磨特点的稳定性分析方法并绘制稳定性图,进而提出外圆切入磨再生颤振稳定性评价方法.磨削试验结果与理论分析一致,验证了外圆切入磨再生颤振模型及稳定性理论的正确性.
To suppress regenerative chatter and improve surface precision of workpiece in grinding operation, the cylindrical plunging grinding of workpiece and grinding wheel regenerative chatter models were built based on regenerative chatter dynamic theory, while considering the regenerative chatter of both workpiece and grinding wheel. The stability analysis method suitable to the characteristic of cylindrical plunging grinding was investigated; the stability chart was portrayed,then the regenerative chatter stability evaluation methods were also concluded. Plunging grinding experimental results agreed well with the theoretical ones. It testifies the regenerative chatter stability theory.
