摘要
实验采用石蜡切片技术及尼氏染色法,探讨热应激对小鼠海马各区锥体细胞与颗粒细胞胞体形态结构及细胞数目的影响.结果显示:热应激组小鼠海马各区的锥体及颗粒细胞胞体面积较对照组均发生显著变化,其中热应激组海马CA3区锥体细胞胞体面积较对照组极显著变小(P<0.05);热应激后海马4个区域中锥体与颗粒细胞短轴的变化比长轴变化显著(P<0.05);尼氏染色后光镜下可见热应激组锥体与颗粒细胞排列欠整齐,极性差,胞体面积、体积缩小,细胞膜皱缩.结果表明热应激对小鼠海马各区细胞构筑产生显著影响,并且这种影响可能是热应激导致脑受损的病理基础.
The effects of heat stress on the morphology and structure of ganular and pyramidal cells in miee's hippocampus was explored by the technology of paraffin section and Nissl staining. The results showed that great changes of body size were observed in ganular and pyramidal cells four regions in hippocampal in the heat group. The body size of hippocampal CA3 pyramidal cell of the heat group was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P〈 0.01). Changes of the short axis was more significant than those of the long axis (p〈0.05) in ganular and pyramidal cells of four regions in hippocampal in heat group. Such phenomenon as the disordered arrangement, poor polarity, the reduction of the cell volume and area and the shrinkage of the cell membrane can be identified in ganular and pyramidal cells in heat stress mice under the light microscopy after Nissl staining. The results showed that heat stress can exert a great effect on the changes of morphology and structure of ganular and pyramidal cells in hippocampus, which is likely to be the pathology basis for cerebral injury after heat stress.
