RT-PCR检测外周血中的肿瘤细胞 被引量:2

摘要 外周血中肿瘤细胞的检测,有助于判断肿瘤的转移、复发,为临床选择、评估治疗方案提供有效的依据。RT-PCR技术是近年来发展起来的检测外周血中肿瘤细胞的一种分子生物学方法,具有高度的灵敏度和特异性。这种检测方法已在肝癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、黑色素瘤等多种恶性实体肿瘤中得以运用。
