摘要
分别用0.697nmol/L和1.393nmol/L顺式氯氰菊酯处理嗜人按蚊、斯氏按蚊和白纹伊蚊3龄幼虫,待生长至4龄,测定其脱氧核糖核酸酶、核糖核酸酶和多酚氧化酶活性。与对照组相比,用药组蚊幼虫三种酶活力均有显著变化,表明顺式氯氰菊酯对蚊幼虫的这三种酶产生了明显的影响。
The third instar larvae of Anopheles anthropophagus An.stephensi and Aedes albopictus were treated with 0697nmol/L and 1393nmol/L of alphamethrin,respectively.The larvae were collected when they grew up to the fourth instar.The activity of the three kind of enzymes of mosquito larvae in treated groups changed significantly when compared with that of the control groups.The results showed that alphamethrin effected the three kind of enzymes of mosquito larvae strikingly.
