摘要
本文利用离体酯酶测定和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了家蝇二氯苯醚菊酯抗性品系(下称Pm-R)和敏感品系(下称SS)的非专一性酯酶变化情况。实验结果显示:Pm-R非专一性酯酶活性比SS略有升高,仅1.52倍,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳发现二者酯酶带型不一样,各组份所占比例也不同。由此可以推断:在用二氯苯醚菊酯选育的家蝇抗性品系中,抗性的增长与非专一性酯酶活性变化关系不大,而可能与其组成结构的改变有关。
This paper presents the results of esterase activities to βnaphthyl acetate and polyacryl gel eletrophoresis (PAGE) between the permethrin resistant strain (Pm R) and susceptive strain (SS) of houseflies.It is found esterase activities in Pm R is just a little higher than that in SS,there is a lot of differences between Pm R and SS in the results of PAGE and PAGE's accuminated analysis.It suggests the esterase is not important in permethrin resistant houseflies.
