摘要
当前社会变革与教育改革既给高校图书馆员提供了新的发展机遇,同时,也对高校图书馆员提出了更高的要求,带来新的挑战和压力。深入分析高校图书馆员的职业压力,寻求缓解和解除这些压力的管理上的对策,具有重要的现实意义。
At present,social change and education innovation not only offer the new development opportunities but also bring about a higher demand and new challenge and pressure for librarians in universities.Analysis of occupational stress for librari-ans in universities and looking for management measures to alleviate and relieve these pressures has great realistic signifi-cance.
